Vjosa Zogaj holds degrees in mathematics, accounting and finance and has more than a decade of international experience in financial analysis, investment structuring, strategic consulting, real estate and business development.
Vjosa began her career as a university lecturer at the University of Prishtina before working as a financial analyst for the Government of Kosovo, where she contributed to financial analysis, financial planning and strategic initiatives. She later advised the Kosovo Ministry of Education before joining an international construction company as a financial consultant, supporting project financing, investment coordination and cross-border strategic projects.
Since 2021, Vjosa has developed her own consulting and real-estate activities in Munich, focusing on project financing, investment coordination, banking relationships and international negotiations. She has complemented her academic background with executive education in leadership, innovation, business strategy and artificial intelligence before joining Munich Capital Partners as a Partner.
